Programs

All members MUST participate in one of the following programs.

* “WESTSIDE“-Training days are as followed:
Sun-Dynamic Effort Bench Press
Mon-Max Effort Special Squat/Deadlift
Wed-Max Effort Special Bench Press
Fri-Dynamic Effort Box Squat
This is by far the best strength training program in the World. This program alone has crated National Champions, World Champions and World record holders in Powerlifting. It has been used and modified by its creator Louie Simmons and Westside Barbell Club over the last twenty plus years. The Westside system allows one to build explosives strength, absolute strength, technique, G.P.P. and muscle mass year end and year out. It is a very high volume and demanding program. Beginners would limit their exercises and volume on this program. Strength Coaches from around the nation and world have modified the program to fit the needs of their particular sport or athlete with great success.

*Modified Westside:
This version of the Westside system is geared towards collegiate and professional athletes in the “Off-Season”. “Pre and In-Season” programs are appropriately modified. Note: There are other versions and options to this program please contact us for further information.

*Westside Benching-Training days are as followed:
Sun-Dynamic Effort Bench Press
Wed-Max Effort Special Bench Press
or
Mon-Dynamic Effort Bench Press
Th -Max Effort Special Bench Press
This program is geared for the individuals who only wish to Bench Press only; i.e. upper body development. The program also allows the individual to: 1) Add ‘extra’ work-outs. 2) Finish work-outs the following day 3) Acquire all the benefit of the “Westside” system.

*Accumulation of Training/Conditioning:
This program is geared toward individuals who are not ready or who do not wish to participate in the “Westside” programs. But still wish to learn proper weight lifting technique and special strength training methods. In the strength training world this is know as “training to train” or G.P.P work. This program is also geared toward athletes and lifters who (and will) need ‘extra’ attention (work-outs) towards a particular skill or muscle group.

*Personal Training:
Receive one-on-one training with Strength Specialist.

*High School Camps:
We offer many camps thought out the year for the high school athlete.

*High School Programs:
Teams, Groups and Personal Training for the high school athlete fall into this category. Metabolic conditioning, strength training, nutritional guidance, LS&A and flexible/mobility  training is preformed.
