High School Camps

                                         All Athlete Camp

                              ”Maximize Your Performance”

Structed for the High School athlete, West Texas Barbell now provides coaching in a rigorous traning camp. A total training program specificaly designed for every skill level for the male and female athlete.

Training will be conducted into small groups, 9 to 15 athletes max. This low trainer-to-athlete ratio allows the trainer to work with the athlete both individually and as a group. This ratio will also ensure that each athlete maintains proper training technique and form.

Each athlete enrolled will participate in a safe, competitive and educational training program. From strength training, metabolic conditioning, mobility training, weight lifting techniques to nutrition guidance and lateral/quickness development; we have the tools and experience to improve overall athletic performance.

Athletes who choose to participate in this program will experience significant improvements in endurance, body fat reduction, strength and agility.
