High School Programs

For every High School athlete; we welcome teams, groups and individuals to join our training programs. All athletes will be introduced to foundation building strength training exercises, outside/field training, quickness drills, metabolic conditioning and more.

It is important to note that West Texas Barbell (WTB) firmly believes a training program should require a year round effort (training In and Out of Season). Improving performance takes hard work, discipline, dedication and a plan.

WTB can assist athletes before, during, and after the season is over. So check out our different types of programs. Each has its differences but all are completely effective. We offer:

Personal Training:
-One on one training for the athlete who prefer individualize attention.
-Programs are specifically design to meet each individuals’ needs.

Group Training:
-Group Training is set forth for athletes with a common purpose and goal; improving athleticism.
-Available for camps and year round training; two athlete minimum.

Team Training:
-Team training consist of Sport-Specific programs for teams.
-Eight athlete minimum and 15 athlete maximum.
