Our Personal Training does not stop at athletes only. We now offer Personal Training for everybody and fitness levels; be it the stay-at-home mother, the busy executive or anyone with a variable schedule. We can help.

West Texas Barbell (WTB) aims at providing the highest quality Personal Training available in the El Paso area, Period!

WTB is prepared to guide clients through every aspect of strength training, conditioning and fitness. Whether one want to lose weight or/and gain muscle mass. We are committed to help each and every one of our clients reach their goals.

Our Personal Training clients’ will discover programs tailored to; their needs, fitness abilities, scheduling and challenging work out sessions that may include:

· Cardiovascular Conditioning

· Resistance Training

· Core Strengthening

· Flexibility Work

· Nutritional Guidance

· Plus more

We offer training options for every fitness level and goals.

*FundamentalsA” or “B”:
A
-For clients with little or no experience.
-Training is conducted at the clients own pace.

B
-For clients who want to make fitness a habit.
-Training is conducted at a moderate pace.

*Fitness:
-For clients looking to either gain muscle mass and/or lose weight.
-Training is conducted at challenging pace, but with their own ability level.

*Performance:
-For clients looking to improve special strength, gain muscle mass/decrease body fat or/and endurance. Athletes fall into this category.
-Training is conducted at a face pace; usually through out the whole week and in some cases, twice a day.
